Customers must be 18 or over and not be intoxicated to make purchases on this site. It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase alcohol. Customers are required to certify that they are 18 years of age or over to be able to purchase alcohol from this site. Falsely stating that you are 18 years of age or over is a prosecutable offence under section 172 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 and subject to a fine of up to $2000 or conviction.

To comply with the sale of Liquor Act 1989, Boxit has an off-license to sell liquor. granted by the Auckland District Licensing Agency on 9 February 2009.

You may only order alcoholic products from the website if the delivery address is a New Zealand address and you are 18 years of age or over. We will ask you to confirm your delivery address and your age at the time of registering with the site.

Offers are subject to stock availability.

We deliver New Zealand wide.

If no body is home at time of delivery a card will be left in their letter box, informing them to phone and organize a suitable time for delivery.

Once a gift box has been dispatched from our premises we are unable to recall it and cancellation is not permissible. However, if the box has not left our premises we will cancel the order less any costs we have incurred. (i.e. credit card fees.)

Boxit pride themselves on a quality service with quality products. If a box or product reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition and we are notified within a reasonable period of time we will replace the damaged goods.

While products and descriptions are accurate at time of publishing, we reserve the right to replace items with those of similar or greater value if for any reason they are unavailable at the delivery time required. Colours are as close as Internet colours allow.

If we accept your order for Goods, you must pay us the Purchase Price and delivery charges specified at the time of submitting your order. All amounts payable are calculated in New Zealand dollars. You must pay these amounts by the means we agree with you at the time of submitting your order.

If your credit card details are invalid or the financial institution responsible for your credit card does not approve the purchase transaction, we will contact you. We may stop delivery of the Goods or keep the Goods until payment is made.
