Auckland dedicated gift delivery
If you require an urgent, same day or time crucial delivery service, please contact us for a quote for a dedicated courier delivery to you or your gift recipient’s Auckland address.
Auckland standard delivery from Orewa to Tuakau/Pokeno: $12
Auckland CBD - orders placed by 9am are scheduled for the same business day delivery.
Auckland Metro & Outer Auckland Suburbs - orders placed by 11am are scheduled for the next business day delivery.
North Island standard delivery: $17
North Island - orders placed by 11am are scheduled for the next business day delivery.
South Island and Waiheke Island standard delivery: $26
South Island - orders placed by 11am are scheduled for a 2 to 3 business day delivery.
Rural delivery: Additional $10
Rural deliveries may take an extra 2 to 3 business days as delivery is dependent on the rural courier driver’s schedule.
Standard Delivery Times:
All deliveries are made weekdays, Monday to Friday, with the exception of New Zealand public holidays. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date and time, so it is best to order with plenty of lead in time.
Delivery Address Details:
Please ensure the personal name, company name, street address including postal code, contact telephone and email address details are full and correct. You may be charged a re-direction fee if the original address provided is incorrect or if we receive a request to deliver to an alternative address following dispatch of your order from our premises.
Couriers can only deliver to designated inwards goods areas at hospitals so any delay in delivery to your gift recipient is out of our control. To assist the hospital staff in delivery of the recipient’s gift, please ensure the personal name, ward number or name, floor number, street address, contact telephone and email address details are full and correct.
All deliveries are sent “Signature required” unless we receive your special instructions authorising it to be left at the delivery address.
If the recipient is out at time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card directing them to the courier company website track and trace page. This link will advise if the delivery is being held at the local courier depot or at a local parcel connect agent. The recipient can then arrange re-delivery from the local courier depot or pick up from the local parcel connect agent location.
Tracking your order:
On dispatch of your gifts or products, you will receive an email link to the courier company’s track and trace page so you can follow progress and liaise directly with the courier company regarding all aspects of the delivery.
Once your gifts or products, have been dispatched from our premises we are unable to recall them and cancellation is not permissible. However, if the gifts or products have not left our premises we will cancel the order and refund your credit card less any costs we have incurred, i.e. credit card fees.

Conditions of purchase:
While products and descriptions are accurate at time of publishing, we reserve the right to replace items with those of similar or greater value if for any reason they are unavailable at the delivery time required. Colours are as close as internet colours allow.
